SUPREME ORDER

Gondara recognizes the following order of duty:

God → Family → Country → Self

All law, custom, honor, and civic expectation derive from this order.

No institution of the State may contradict the supremacy of God. No person may elevate self above family or country without consequence. No oath is hollow.

OATH-BOUND CIVILIZATION

Gondara is an oath-bound civilization.

An oath sworn before:

• God
• Family
• Country

is binding upon both conscience and public record.

Oath-breaking carries permanent consequence. Trust, once broken, is not restored to its original state.

BURDEN AS THE SOURCE OF AUTHORITY

Authority in Gondara is not granted — it is earned through burden.

Burden legitimizes:

• Leadership
• Citizenship
• Honor
• Trust

Those who do not bear burden may live freely, but may not claim authority, honor, or civic power.

CITIZENSHIP THROUGH SERVICE

Citizenship is secured through service.

Completion of four years of approved national service grants:

• Voting rights
• Land ownership
• Eligibility for public office

A person may decline service. They shall not claim citizenship without it.

Birthright alone does not sustain authority. Only burden does.

THE HOUSEHOLD AS THE PRIMARY UNIT

The household is the foundational structure of Gondaran society.

Order within the nation begins with order within the household.

Guardianship exists as a lawful structure of responsibility, not privilege.

Authority within the household carries:

• Duty of protection
• Duty of provision
• Duty of instruction

Failure of this duty is a punishable breach of order.

STRUCTURED LIBERTY

Freedom in Gondara is real.

However:

Freedom exists within order. Liberty does not dissolve structure. Authority does not exist without accountability.

The State shall protect:

• The individual from unlawful coercion
• The household from violation
• Society from disorder

Liberty is preserved through discipline, not the absence of restraint.
