Role

Modular Design

• Vehicle Configuration — Reduced configuration optimized for UMGM pintle mounting on light and heavy vehicles

• Anti-Air Configuration — Elevated mounting systems with extended or specialized barrel assemblies and anti-air sighting equipment

Barrel assemblies are interchangeable, allowing crews to select between standard and extended configurations depending on the intended role. This flexibility enables the HMG-34 to maintain effectiveness across a wide range of operational environments without requiring separate weapon systems.
