Preamble
We, the people of Gondara, under God and bound by law, establish this Constitution to secure order, preserve strength, and ensure the continuity of our nation.
Recognizing that liberty without discipline leads to decay, and that authority without law leads to tyranny, we affirm a system of governance rooted in duty, accountability, and service.
We establish this Constitution to define the powers of the state, to bind those entrusted with authority, and to ensure that all who serve do so under oath and consequence.
Through faith, law, and strength, we commit this nation to endure.
