Design
The R-20 Designated Marksman Rifle is produced through a selection and refinement process applied to standard R-20 service rifles. Approximately one in every one hundred rifles meets the accuracy requirements for designation.
Selected rifles receive:
- Precision-selected barrel
- Polished trigger assembly
- Smoothed bolt-action system
- Issuance of match-grade ammunition
- 3× optical sight
These modifications enhance accuracy while maintaining full compatibility with standard infantry logistics and maintenance systems.
